Request data deletion
In accordance with Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and with the policies of the connected platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, X, among others), you have the right to request the deletion of the personal data that Housia has associated with your account or your social media profile.
What gets deleted
- Your user account data (name, email, hashed password, phone number).
- OAuth tokens and credentials for the external accounts you've connected (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, MercadoLibre).
- External identifiers (page ID, channel ID, etc.) and associated metadata.
- Activity logs and messages you've exchanged within the CRM.
- Upon explicit request, also: the portfolio of properties, clients, and inquiries you've entered.
Some data may be retained for an additional limited period when tax, labor, or fraud-prevention regulations require it. In those cases, it is anonymized to the greatest extent possible.
How to request it
You have two equivalent options:
- Form. Fill out the form below and our team will process your request within 10 calendar days.
- Email. Write to us at privacy@housia.us with the subject "Data deletion request," indicating the email associated with the account, the real estate agency, and which data you want us to delete.
What happens next
When we receive your request:
- We'll reply by email within 72 business hours confirming the request and verifying that you are in fact the data subject.
- We proceed with the deletion within 10 calendar days of confirmation.
- We'll notify you by email once the deletion is complete.
If you connected social media
When you delete your account, we automatically remove the OAuth tokens and credentials for all the social media you've connected to Housia. Posts you've already made on each network are not deleted from the network itself (each platform manages those), but you can delete them yourself directly from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, or YouTube.
In addition, you can revoke Housia's access from each platform's settings:
- Facebook and Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "Housia."
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- TikTok: Settings → Security → Authorized apps.
- X (Twitter): Settings → Security and account access → Connected apps.
